Says here he opened for Cream at the Fillmore West and Moby Grape the Fillmore East. I know him from his work on ECM. May 12th Granby Theater Norfolk $25 Chris Smith & Willy Porter. Smith is "blues folk southern country", Porter plays like Kottke says the tagline. May 19th. Granby Theater Norfolk. $25

Willy has his own style and is a good songwriter, too. I try to catch him when he's in town. He is an engaging performer and fun to watch. How's that?
