silentman Posted June 27, 2005 Posted June 27, 2005 A friend of mine is looking for info... I found their website, but they don't mention dealers in the USA. Anyone run accross these? Cost? I remember (could be dreaming) that Musician's Friend carried them at one time?
luiss Posted June 27, 2005 Posted June 27, 2005 Blade is present in Europe since last 90's as I'm aware. They changed Fender headstock to another ones. They are guitars made for gigging musicians.VSC control let have 3 sounds at the moment(from tele style sound to strato in vitamin and strato like sound in centre position-pasive-miniswitch position).Hardware is very good, specially Falcon bridge(avalible in R3 and R4 models, now RH4).I had a R4(wich I think was a special order or the like),with Schaller locking turners and ebony fretboard.Neck was on the thin side with a compounds neck(very flat).Jumbo frets.Quality guitars. They built Standard(low end cost) in Corea. You can check his website for USA dealers http://www.bladeguitars.com/core.html

Guest Buck Dharma Posted June 27, 2005 Posted June 27, 2005 Bernard Allison uses them and he has great tone. Of course he uses a vintage 335 also. He is an endorser.
