jazzrat Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 For sale (maybe trade) '05 Suhr Classic. This one has all the good stuff...60's Med 'C' neck with stainless steel frets that look like jewelry. Feiten tuning system. My first Feiten guitar...very impressed with how in tune it is up and down the neck. Factory Plek'd Sperzel locking tuners. It's wired vintage style--top tone=neck...bottom tone=middle and the bridge is wide open. Condtion: Very straight neck, perfect frets. It has pickguard scratches and a few small dings in the top. There is little larger ding on the tip of the lower horn. I'd say the body is about an 8.5. Any weird hightlights you see in the pics are not scuffs or smudges, It's just that shiny and those are reflections. From non-smoking home. Playability & tone: I have it set up with 9's. Action at the 12th is a very low 3/64ths. I pick very lightly so you may want to raise it but at least you know it will accomodate any action. The bridge pickup splits well and has good quack. Very nice neck and middle tones. Comes with trem arm, Feiten tuning instructions, wrenches, instruction sheet for the case combination locks and the original G & G hard case in excellent shape. Shipping next day following payment references available. $1500 OBO shipped and PayPal'd U.S. lower 48 only Thanks more pics including build sheet: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v206/jaz...Suhr%20Classic/
