Laney TF 300 Guitar Amp

Any opinions on Laney TF 300 Guitar Amp or similar Laney Amps....Quality...Price to pay and such?

I must have asked the stupidist question of the day....I apologize....I know Toni Iomi uses Laney, but apparently they must be lamey....thanks guys...I will try again when I get my sh*t together...

I'm no amp guru but I had an old Laney AOR that I liked. I thought it sounded pretty Marshally for alot less money. Don't know how the other one compares.

From what I have been reading, they can blow your windows out and have a very good clean channel, but they have a few glitches here and there sometimes. They weigh a whole bunch, but have some good features. I was just looking for a small back-up, practice amp that would fill the bill. If I can get 120 watts for $175, I won't complain...so I really appreciate your feedback.... the reason that I asked is because I wanted to know what others thought of the things...I just wanted to make sure that they didn't have leprosy or something.

It was interesting.....I checked out the kinds of guitars the people were playing and they sure as hell weren't Hamers! They were more like Ibanez and that type....but I don't know what I was or am thinking.....I am the same guy that bid on Marshall external cabinets today for my Marshall...so that goes to show you where I am coming from.

I am learning! I am not a professional like a lot of the guys here, but I am an old 56 year old dude learning "Johnny Be Good" by Priest and such...LOL!!
