RJoseph133 Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 Yes...it works great (so far.) I use it when recording to switch between a JCM800 and a JCM900, running into a Randall "soundproof" iso cabinet. I've run the same amp setup into a 4X12 just for snicks and grins; all seems well there, too. There is no drop out between sounds when you switch, it just takes a few minutes to get your amp levels where you like them. It does require a wall-wart, though...it's not a passive box. Admittedly, it hasn't left the house, but it seems like it could take a pretty good beating and hold up in a live situation.
