  1. lookin at reviews, think Voodoo lab Pedal Power 2 plus is the way to go
  2. looking for something to power a few pedals, anyone have anything they want to part with? sal
  3. That is like the one I have but mine is tobacco burst, I put a reg 335 tailpiece on and kept the tp6 on the side. Mine looks like a brass nut. I do not know what pups are in it, they are original but man are they hot. they sound great. I just put a new set of strings on her and cleaned her up a bit. Mine is an 1981. I think the next guitar I will scout up is the heritage h575, I hear alot of good reviews on them also. I have been bitten by the guitar bug.

  5. Just picked up a 1981 Gibson es 347, now this is the right size. Feels and sounds great. Does anyone else own one and what are your thoughts? Sal
  6. Well this may seem a bit out of the ordinary but, I am making a violin from scratch at a local luthier shop in PA (bluett Bros Violins) he also makes guitars, great guitars but to high for my pocket, but worth it. In his shop like myself there are apprentices who work directly under him each step of the way ans their finished product is absolutely beautiful. Those appentice guitars go for like 2k to 2.5 and are scratch built. I currently have a metcalf guitar (scratch buillt) and iat is great, I played taylors etc and they sound good but a handmade scratch built from a good luthier is beautiful. Look on the evil bay and you will see Metcalf guitars once in a while, or sometimes you can get them directly from him off ebay, great guy, great guitar and in that 1k to 2 k range and sometimes under 1k used. Just a thought as I know a little about acoustics but am learning on electrics. Hope this helps Sal
  7. I have a t-51 with regular Wilkison bridge, not the piezo, and the t-51f with the piezo. I think the t-51f sounds better and can get a few more diff type sounds, any other opinions on the two? thx sal
