FretFire Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 As much as I love this axe, having several guitars just isn't in my best interest right now. I could really use the money for other things (like rent :laugh2: ), so I've decided to pass this on. It's a killer guitar, plays and sounds amazing. Since I bought it a few months back I dropped in a pair of Duncans (Custom 5 bridge, MJ-wound '59 in the neck) and replaced the tailpiece with a Gotoh lightweight aluminum one. The original tailpiece will be included, as is the original hardshell case. There's a bit of Hameritis (slight clear coat bubbling) in a few places, mainly on the back, and they just look like fingerprints here and there. It also has Schaller strap-lock ready buttons, though no strap will be included. It's currently set up for 9-46 guage strings, top wrapped. I bought this not long ago from fellow HFCer hamersandstrats2, so it was in excellent shape when I got it and I've babied it. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. I'd like to get $800 shipped to the lower 48, Paypal or USPS money order. Here's a few pics, feel free to ask if you want to see anything in particular.

A tele of some sort might be cool, nothing too extravagant as I'd still like to get some cash out of the deal. Maybe an MIM tele or something along those lines. However, I'll consider just about anything, what did you have in mind?

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time with this axe, and wish it was financially smart for me to keep it. This was my first Hamer, and once I'm done with school next year I'm definitely chasing down another.
