benjammin308 Posted March 11, 2025 Posted March 11, 2025 A buddy asked me get his old Special back into working order. It needs a neck pickup, anyone have something that will work? It doesn't have to be pretty (the guitar is beat, so ugly is better) but it does need to be the proper reverse zebra (adjustable poles on the creme side) and relatively low output to be compatible with the neck PAF. A new Dimarzio is $106, I was hoping to find him something for half that.
