2009 Carvin CS3.
This is their version of a Les Paul.

Solid mahogany body & neck. Rosewood fretboard, Real Abalonoe block fretboard inlays, 22 Stainless Steel Frets. Floyd Rose trem with a trem blocker installed so its set to dive only.
Has Suhr Doug Aldrich PUs that can be split with the tone controls.

I bought it used and when I got it the PUs were wired out of phase. Had that honky out of phase tone on all settings. I rewired it but I don't know for sure if it's wired correctly. It sound fantastic but when you roll the volume down it sounds like it may still be slightly out of phase. I love the way this sounded so I kept it as is. It may be wired correct and maybe it has a treble installed to make it sound like this? The pickups split with push/pull tone pots. It's currenlty set to humbucking mode with the knobs pulled up and single coil with the knobs pushed down.

It's been gigged and shows some wear and tear. It's got some marks and little scratches. There is one small spot that went thru the finish and it has been touched up with some black nail polish.

This is a KILLER Guitar. The design of the neck heal allows easy access to the higher frets. Plays fantastic with no buzzing or dead spots. The Stainless Steel frets are like new. They are smaller than jumbos and feel great.

Includes original Carvin hardshell case that is dirty from gigs but works as it should All latches are good.

$1150 shipped & Paypal'd. $1050 local Madison area pickup.
