1968 Bassman w/ NOS Tubes FS (GONE)

Up for sale is my 68 Bassman head. Blackface circuit, Silverface cosmetics. The amp was gone over by my tech, and as you can see from the chassis pics, he replaced some things that were worn out. So this amp should give you a long time with no issues. Also, I have two Philips 7581As, two ANOS RCA 12AX7s in V1 and V2, a Groove Tubes 12ax7 in V3, and a Mullard 12AT7 in the phase inverter. The 7581As are at least $125 a set, and hard to find. All of these tubes have less than 5 hours time on them, so you're essentially getting well over $200 worth of brand new tubes. The tone of the amp is wonderful. Great cleans up to 3 or 4, then slight crunch up to 6, then Marshallesque territory after that. I had been using my attenuator to get some serious crunch out of it. No need to re-tube it for fiddle with NOS, just buy it, unpack it, plug it in, and let it rip.

I bought the amp as a backup for a 66 pro reverb, but no longer have that amp, so my JCM800 and Fargen get my attention. I don't really need 3 amps anymore, so this can go. Please email me for pics/more info. Paypal fine if you pay the fees, otherwise a money order is preferred.

Nice amp and well tubed. I would have jumped on it but I picked up a 59 RI Bassman about a month ago.
