will_rawlings Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 This is basically a Fender Twin killer. A 2x12, 120 all tube watt combo powered by 4 6L6 and 5 12AX7's. Very loud clean sounds are what this amp was designed for with lush reverb and tremolo. Has a killer distortion channel on it as well, same type as the Ultra series. But for a basic rundown it has 2 channels, clean and dirty. Each channel has a gain, volume, bass, mid and treble. As well as shift, boost, and bright switches for each channel. Like I said, this amp was designed to compete against a Twin both in tone and power. Peavey also put their killer distortion channel in on top of that. A very versatile package. $450 can get it to your door. It costs me about $100 to ship from Alaska right off the bat so you can see that this amp is going for a fair deal.
