PSA: '06 Monoco Elite at Louisville Music Go Round

Dropped into my local Music Go Round, and they have a real nice 2006 Monoco Elite w/ Phat Cats. Sunburst flame finish (not exactly sure of the finish, but very nice looking), victory inlays, binding everywhere (body, neck, headstock). Very good shape (8 or 9/10). They're asking $1,499, which I'm not sure is a good price or not. Here's the listing with no picture:
