Goodsell Deluxe 22 2x12 combo for sale. It's a really incredible amp. Goodsell did not make a whole lot of these, not sure exactly how many...but mine is #2--second one he made. Killer amp, I'm just not gigging anymore, and this is way too much amp for me.

**I've spoke w/ Richard Goodsell last week about this amp, and learned that this particular amp was owned by the great Sean Costello originally. If you don't know Sean's music...check it out he was a great blues guitarist God rest his soul. I'm not sure if he ever gigged this amp, I'd say not b/c it's MINT. That sort of gives a great amp some extra mojo!

This amp will run 6V6, 6L6, and I think it will run 5881's also...so you get a lot of different tonal options. The wattage on this amp goes from 22 watts up to around 35 watts depending on the power tubes being used.

Here is the basic layout w/ the 6V6 tubes:

22 watts, 2x 6v6s, BASS/TREB/VOL controls, GZ34 rectifier, two 12AX7 gain stages, Mullard 12AT7 phase inverter. Very simple, no neg feedback loops, no chokes. 2x12 Emminance Private Jack Redcoat speakers---they sound wonderful.

The amp has a very detailed sound, and is very harmonically rich and touch responsive. It's somewhat like a tweed deluxe, but more versatile to me...you can play anything you want w/ it. Takes pedals very well, I've got a huge pedalboard w/ everything you can think of on it, and it plays very well w/ all.

The simple circuit on this amp coupled w/ the excellent craftsmanship and high end components leads to some huge tone (isn't that what we all want)!!!

The amp will come w/ both 6V6 and 6L6 power tubes, and I believe both sets are JJ's.

I've had this up for trade for a week or two on the gear page. I've had some great offers, but not exactly what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a "lesser" amp if that makes any sense to you, I don't necessarily need a "smaller" amp in wattage or size...it's just hard for me to justify keeping a $2k amp hanging around. I'm not gigging anymore, and this is just too much amp. I'm looking for a nice amp plus cash in trade. A few examples might be...Mesa heartbreaker, blue angel, lonestar, mark series; Fender twin, super reverb, deluxe, vibro king, etc; Heritage Patriot, Anything by Rivera, VHT, Alessandro Working Dog, anything by Allen, Budda, Groove Tubes, Valvetech, any many more...hit me up w/ a trade offer. The amount of cash on top of the trade just depends on what you have to offer. Could be $200, could be $700.
