There used to be a guy named Mark Pelkey who owned Mark's Music in Bellmore. He was a real luthier with a great repair shop but I think he quit the biz.

Try the Guitar Museum in New Hyde Park.

You could try this guy. His name is Gary. He is in Wantagh. He has never done work for us, but we have heard some good things about him. Tommy Williams and George Marshall introduced us to him years ago (and he seemed like a good guy).
