Teh Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 SOLD -- Heading east to Pennsylvania way.... 2004 ES-175, in very good condition. Maple with Tobacco Suburst, trapeze bridge, '57 Classic pickups, rosewood fingerboard, original tuners. Set up for flatwounds, and plays great. Sounds and plays like a classic jazz box should. This is a player's guitar. The guy I got it from in trade is a pro jazz player who is very focused on the music, hence his guitars are tools - Not wall hangings. Minor surface scratches (More like polish swirls) are on top and back, and finish is a bit dull where the arm rests on the lower bout. Chrome on outer edges of pickups is worn, trapeze is in excellent condition. Electronics and tuners are all in top shape. EDIT: Frets could use a polish. Set up is excellent. Only issue is a 4mm chip in the finish on the neck, just below the side marker at the 7th fret. Zero damage to the wood beneath. Case has scuffs but, again, nothing more than surface stuff. All latches and handle are solid and fully functional. This is not a collector guitar. It's a working man's guitar that's in great shape. Price: $1850 $1775 PayPal'd & shipped to the lower 48. Feel free to PM or email with any questions... Thanks! The spots on this are reflections Finish chip shot straight on (Inside circle): Same finish chip shot at an angle to maximize visibility:
