robberns Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 This is a full-range, high-powered amp designed for acoustic stringed instruments (excluding bass). 250-watt, single channel, tri-amped with an 8" woofer (160 watts), 4" polypropylene mid driver (60 watts) and two 1" soft-dome neodymium tweeters (30 watts). Perfect for a solo gig or to help you hear yourself playing acoustic guitar in a band setting. Built-in reverb (spring-style), anti-feedback control (basically a sweepable notched filter), serial effects loop, XLR direct output, multi-position kickstand to angle the amp back on stage for better monitoring. I only used the amp on a few gigs and am not playing acoustic live any longer. In excellent condition, no dings or gashes. This sucker can get loud if you need it to. DavidE Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 I recently picked up the smaller (less power, fewer speakers) 2 channel version of this amp and it is so much better than I expected! I imagine this one sounds even better with the additional power, dedicated mid driver and dual tweeters.
