Ryan Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Hey all I have 2 Les pauls and i want a Hamer so i would like to trade my 2003 Les Paul Standard Plus for either a Monaco Elite or Studio/Artist Custom. This is a Les Paul Standard plus...which means a figured flame top. Its in great condition and set up with 10-52's. I replaced the bridge Burstbucker with a Gibson 57 (the bustbucker is included). Plays and sounds like a beast. Also, the top is amazing and a pretty rare color as well. Has a paint chip on the headstock where locking tuners were installed but other than that just the usual very light pick scratches. I'm in Canada so if possible id prefer to deal within canada as well. Heres some pics:http://web.me.com/soulwax101/Site/Blank_2.html
DavidE Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 I have the same LP in the same color. Is yours a 50's or 60's neck?
Ryan Posted June 25, 2009 Author Posted June 25, 2009 I'm not sure how to tell David....its a pretty substantial neck though! How does yours compare to your Hamer collection if you dont mind me asking?I have the same LP in the same color. Is yours a 50's or 60's neck?

The 60's are the slim taper.Truth is, I'm not a Les Paul guy. I really do prefer double cuts and almost never play my Les Paul. When you trade, ask about the neck size since Hamers are all over the place during different eras.
Ryan Posted June 25, 2009 Author Posted June 25, 2009 Good to know David. I prefer a chunkier neck but from what i read the Monacoes are all pretty big.....correct?
