HSB0531 Posted August 14, 2005 Posted August 14, 2005 Take one Hamer Standard Bass, stick it in a tight fitting Calzone case with the black fuzzy liner, let sit in a hot room for a year and open.Voila! black fuzz & glue embedded deep into the laquer finish!I emailed Hamer and asked what dealers they would recommend to restore my 4-digit Standard Bass, and they gave me only one...BCR.Thank you Hamer Customer Support!BCR Greg has taken what was once a mutilated, pocked finish and transformed it into a glass surface that is far, far better than the original. He also retored the p/u's, and added some nice little enhacements, all with keeping the factory look.I would urge anyone with a Hamer that is in need of restoration, modification, or repair, to ONLY go to Greg @ BCR. Thanks Greg for the amazing work and attention to even the most minor of details!Jim
