Guitar body, pickguard, jack and bridge - $125

Anybody looking for an inexpensive project?

The body was made in Korea and finished in a turquoise sparkle finish. No dings, scrapes, etc. The pictures have a few funny looking glitches but they're just the sparkles reacting to the flash.

The pickguard has a white pearl finish and is cut for a humbucker at the bridge and two single coils. It's also cut for a 5 way switch and 3 knobs.

The guitar came with active circuitry - the first tone knob is a 5-way distortion/boost. The second knob is an active EQ - pull up and it's bypassed. Under the pick guard there's also a clip for a 9V battery. Honestly, I thought that stuff sounded horrible. I'd pull them out, put a Strat-like setup in there and hope to never see it again - but you never know. Might be just the sound you're looking for. (But you'll have to figure out the wiring on your own.)

Because this guitar had active circuitry, it has a stereo jack, not mono.

The bridge is a two-point trem, but I don't have the arm. (I was told Allparts has 'em.) Each saddle has a little roller in it, kinda interesting design.

The big mystery - I don't know what type of wood lurks under the blue sparkles.

Still, that's a lot of usable stuff for $125.
