Have a Gibson J45 with what I believe is an LR Baggs system. 9 volt battery continually drains. I suspect something's wrong with the end pin jack. However, it is almost brand new. I'm the original owner. Battery was dead when I got the guitar. I replace the battery, play it a bit... few days later dead battery... yes, I unplug it when not in use.
Should I just spray the jack with contact cleaner? Any other advice, before I seek warranty repair?
