Thorn and I recently swapped pedals. When he got the pedal it works when it's on but when he shut it off it made his dirty signal clean. It's a Mooer Ana Echo and is true bypass. It worked fine when I shipped it out. I know Thorn is a stand up guy so it isn't operator issues. Has anybody ever experienced and issue like this? Needless to say I am taking the pedal back but I need to figure out what is wrong with it. It is true bypass by the way.
