80's truss rod covers needed.

I need two truss rod covers for what would be used on a 1982 Phantom. I bought a couple off the internet, but they're not as wide as what was originally on it. any idea what was used? and where one may get a couple? thanks

Hamer made these themselves from two-ply black-white, the black very thin. The only answer is to make 'em.

Chandler have the correct material and may do them if you send a pattern of a bell shaped TRC. Bullets started around 85 with a significant cross-over period when they used both, but all from the same thin black/thick white two-ply.

The earliest Hamers have Gibson TRCs, but these are a poor fit for anything later than mid-79.
