When I started my company 7 years ago, I had grand plans to record promotional videos and was persuaded to pick up a Canon GL2. As it turned out, I had bigger problems and had no time/inclination to deal with marketing.
I'm revisiting the idea of shooting promo videos and also looking to clear out some clutter. I have no idea what the GL2 is capable of, whether it's been made obsolete by cell phone cameras or GoPros, etc.
Is the GL2 worth keeping for shooting promo videos or is basically obsolete? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
