Well, the Gravelins rule, like everybody says. ^^ But myself, I settled on Bare Knuckles, either: - Mule (= PAF) - Blue Note humbucker-sized P90s. They're just wonderfully clear.

Now on consignment in a local store, so no longer available until I see how that goes.

I picked up a nice strat during lockdown, and it's the closest I've come to liking strats, but they're just not my thing. Back to the old Korina Special... For sale: Hamer USA Vintage S in SSS config. Nice amber finish, and some groovy birdeye on the neck. As with all Vintage S's, the body is 7/8 size compared to a strat so even with the solid flame maple body, it's not heavy. Quite good condition; no dings. it had a hot rails when I bought it, but I had the original neck pickup reinstalled. It has a sweet / round / full kind of sound, if that makes sense. I've seen these priced at $3,000 USD or even higher on Reverb recently, which seems odd, though prices have been weird through the pandemic. So I'm open to advice on pricing, or links to sale prices. I'll say $2500 USD, and see what we see. You pay any duties/charges/etc at your end, obvs, but happy to split paypal fees. Located in Melbourne Australia; can ship internationally by DHL; done it a few times; again, I've heard freight costs aren't quite back down to pre-pandemic levels, but I'll obtain a current quote for any location. I was going to just consign this through a good local store I use, and I'll still do so in a week or two, but thought I should pop it on here first.
