If you are interested in books about the music industry (during the Baroque era) then here are some books that might interest you.  Some of them were published by Billboard Books in the late 1980's or early 1990's.  They were on a shelf until the shelf detached from the wall.  Only a couple got damaged.

1. Songwriter's Market 1988 - Where and How to Market Your Songs hardback

2. Making It in the New Music Business - How To "Cut It" as a Recording Artist Without Selling Out hardback by James Riordan

3. A Musician's Guide to the Road - How to Plan and Organize a Successful Tour by Gary Burton

4. Successful Artist Management - A comprehensive guide to career development in the entertainment industry hardback by Xavier M. Frascogna, Jr. and H. Lee Hetherington

5. Inside Country Music - A bind-the-scenes look at songwriting/arranging/producing/recording and promoting a career in the country music industry by Larry Wacholtz

6. The Billboard Book of Songwriting - The Complete Guide to Creative Techniques for All Styles of Songwriting - with Special Section on Making Leadsheets and Demos, Music Recording and Publishing by Peter Pickow and Amy Appleby

7. Sound Reinforcement Handbook written for Yamaha by Gary Davis and Ralph Jones

8. The Studio Business Book - A Guide  to Professional Recording Studio Business and Management Featuring In-Depth Interviews with Successful Owners & Managers from Coast to Coast by Jim Mandell

9. Building a Recording Studio by Jeff Cooper - M. Arch., S.M., S.B., B.S.A.D.

If you are one of those fancy types that uses a computer for recording or managing your music related business I also have a copy of Windows 98 Annoyances.  That book will really help make it easier to use your computer without having to go through A+ certification.

Pick the book(s) you want.  Pay the cost of shipping and a bubble mailer or a box.
