lusn Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 Hamer Echotone with 3 pickups. I had never seen one before, had to try it out. I have 2 other Echotones, all made in Korea. This Echotone has a 25.25 inch scale, lends itself to more Fender percussiveness than the shorter Gibson scale. This is in excellent condition except for the (pictured) binding, which has chipped on both sides of the fret board. Looks vintage! The upper side has been filled in, the lower edge has not. I do not notice it while playing, but some might. The middle pickup is wired straight to the lower volume control and then straight to the output jack, allowing you to blend some or all of the middle pickup into the mix. Very versatile... 375.00 plus shipping.Comes with leather(like) gig bag. Buyer pays 22.00 shipping to US, more to Europe. ATTENTION! On the back of the headstock, there is an imprinted "2" and "Used" on the rear of the headstock. I believe this is because the binding may have chipped before it shipped out. However, i needed to state that for full disclosure.
