lossfound Posted July 5, 2006 Posted July 5, 2006 Hi, everybody... longtime lurker, first time poster. I have a black '94 Daytona with maple fingerboard in near mint shape that I picked up earlier this year. Ultimately, although this is an extremely fine Strat and an absolute joy to play, I'm not really a Strat guy. However, I've been after a T-51 forever (had and sold a '96, have missed it desperately ever since) and wanted to see if anybody had one sitting around they'd be interested in trading more or less even up for the Daytona. I don't recall if they ever made these with rosewood fretboards, but a maple board is a requirement for me. The Daytona comes with HSC, but is missing the trem bar and was never even drilled for the trem-spring cover (allegedly this axe was a job for a Hamer employee, who decided not to drill it since he never planned to put the cover on anyway). I'll put some pics up if there's any interest. And, yeah, new to this board but I can happily give out references, including eBay profile (b0r with a zero). I'm in north FL if anybody else is down here.
lossfound Posted July 6, 2006 Author Posted July 6, 2006 OK, bump... anyone just want to sell a T-51 outright?
