Figured with the Christmas shopping season upon us, it is time to move some stuff that is sitting around and probably will never be used by me. BRAND NEW Pigtail lightweight intonatable wraptail bridge. Purchased a couple weeks ago from BCRGreg and only up for sale because I found a used one between the time I ordered it and the time it took to have this one custom made, and I don't really have a need for two of them. This one is gold finished and not a standard in stock finish at StewMac anymore, so you can either wait over a month to have one made (like I did) or pick this one up for $95. Brand new gold finished Pigtail steel studs/bushings can be had for $30 or buy the set for $115. These are absolutely FANTASTIC bridges...best wraptail I've owned!

NEW Tonepros gold finished locking studs/bushings (metric)...$35

USED Tonpros gold finished locking studs/bushings (English)...$25

USED Wilkinson intonatable wraptail bridge, gold finished. Not the "cheapy" ones you usually find on ebay, but the older style like on the wraptail Hamers, but with an adjustable A/D piece as well as the G/B one found on the originals. Wilkinson locking studs/bushings (metric) included...$45. Nice bridge, just not as good as the Pigtail I replaced it with

USED Seymour Duncan 59' neck (2-conductor) and Custom bridge (4-conductor) PU's. Chrome covers added, fully waxed so no squeal! $45 ea. or $80 pair

USED Seymour Duncan Phat Cat bridge position PU, nickel cover...$50

USED Rio Grande Tallboy Humbucker, white...$75

USED Hamer stamped Schaller made Floyd Rose bridge, chrome. Short block, but no stripped threads. Bar included...not sure if I have studs or not, but if I do I'll throw them in too...$95

Probably more stuff to come later. This should be enough for me to keep track of for now though. All these things will go up on ebay in a few days if they don't sell here, so act quick if you're interested in anything.

Tough crowd...not even a full day to respond before giving up The covers were put on by myself. I used some white wax that I heated up and put on the underside of the cover. Basically I just pressed the pickup into the wax while it was still soft, let cool down/harden, removed excess and then soldered the baseplate to the cover. I ran 'em through the squeal test with the Genz Benz El Diablo set to ear bleed volume and no microphonics.

BTW, all off the board e-mails have now been answered (sorry, I'm not as good as I should be about getting on the computer and checking e-mails, but I will get back to anyone who is interested in the stuff I'm selling). Everything is still available for sale, but a couple HFC'ers have first refusal on the Rio Tallboy and the Duncan 59'/Custom pending e-mail replies.

Sorry, hollowskull I really wanted thoughs pups, but by the time you got back to me I had purchased not 1 but 2 sets of pups. You know how those impulse buys are.

Greg took care of me and then jishem made me an offer on some 59's I couldn't turn down. Yada Yada Yada lets just say I have 2 playable guitars and 4 sets of pups.

Not that any of you care, but when I get my '80 Extra Special back from Greggles I will have the pickups already purchased and ready. Did I mention its gonna be EXTRA SPECIAL!! Think winter sports.

HAHAHA I am going to be the coolest kid on the block. Well me and Dave.

And since I have had such a good/bad day, I am having my favorite "brown" beverage. You know how I get. I love you guys!

The Rio Tallboy HB is SOLD. I'm thinking I'd rather sell this stuff on the board if possible instead of going off to ebay (unless it doesn't sell and it's a last resort), so I'll entertain reasonable offers/possible trades on some of the used stuff. I'm always interested in Rio Grande pickups...perhaps a Gen TX/BBQ set in zebra or a Muy Grande HB in white? I really don't NEED anything at the moment, but feel free to fire me off an e-mail with offers. The worst that can happen is I say "no" to your offer or "sorry, not interested, but thanks"
