dunno where you're at with your Variax/Parker project, but I just came across this, and thought such a thing might solve the low output issue you had with the reconnected piezo saddles, what with the trim pots to adjust gain for each piezo. Just a thought, anyways.

Thanks Tob, very cool part! But somebody else already proved me wrong by successfully building a Variax conversion with the Parker bridge. So apparently I boned something else up and then misdiagnosed. (I've since shipped the Parker, what remained of the parts, and a check to this gentleman. If you can't beat 'em, hire 'em.)
