1974 FENDER TELECASTER DELUXE - PROJECT

Here is the deal: you get a '74 moca deluxe body with string ferrules, and bridge, plus a maple neck with string trees, tuners, and neck plate. The body has a normal amout of play wear/dings and 2 small, nickle-sized routes in the bridge pickup cavity, probably at one time to accommodate a Duncan. Additionally, the input jack has been changed to a Gibson-type. The neck is straight with the original nut, and there is a fair amount of fret-life left. In the hardware depatment I have two vintage Fender Humbucking pickups (with only one set of mounting screws/springs), 4 witch hat tone/volume knobs, one set of vintage tone/volume pots (2 of each), and 2 vintage black pickguards with one set of mounting screws. One of the guards had pickup mounting adapters to accommodate duncan-sized pickup. Unfortunately, their screws are a bit stripped. Additionally, this guard has an additional hole, presumably for a coil tap switch. Lastly, you get a brand new, nearly mint, plush tweed case.

What you dont get and will need: pickup toggle switch, and pickup mounting hardware.

All parts are vintage correct.

What I'm looking for: ASAT Deluxe, solid body, fixed bridge, rosewood board, no fruity colors...or the right Hamer special/sunburst. No exceptions. I would be happy to trade photos with you. The details we can work out on an individual basis. Please drop me an email.
