Super shows recently - great music

Never heard of them before, but my buddy insisted I'd love 'em (he was right):

"Southern Culture on the Skids" - frankly, probably the best, most fun concert I've been to in a LONG time. Be sure to check them out. Rick (guitar,) Mary (bass,) Dave (drums.) These folks are awesome. Much more than just a "band," they are a phenomenon that must be experienced live. Go & see them as soon as you can.

Then, saw Dick Dale a couple weeks ago for the second time, but this time GARY HOEY band opened for him.

First time I'd heard Gary Hoey, had forgotten all about Hocus Pocus. If you can't get to see Gary on tour this summer, be sure to pick up a couple cd's, start off with Gary Hoey "Hocus Pocus Live"
