Hi there, HFCers!

Up for sale is a completely PTP modded 1992 Marshall 1962 "Bluesbreaker" Reissue in excellent condition.

Specs:

1. Mercury Magnetics output tranny

2. Teflon wire

3. Full PTP circuit on phenolic board

4. Sprague caps

5. Every cap and resistor has been replaced.

6. Ruby El34s - biased yesterday.

7. Celestion Greenbacks - 25 watts

8. Marshall Amp cover (black w/ logo)

It just came back from the tech with a clean bill of health. He ran it hard for over 30 minutes and it performed like it was meant to.

Honestly, its just too much amp for my needs. This sucker is LOUD and really has that elusive Bluesbreaker tone with a Les Paul. I'm not sure who performed the mods, but everythings seems to be right. I'm not an amp tech, so please refrain from submitting tech-level questions. I have basic knowledge of tube amp circuitry, so I will try to answer your queries.

Price is $1299 shipped to the lower 48. This is a fair price considering the base cost of the amp (now over $2000 new- Wow!!) and the price of the mods w/ labor. I'm not trying to make a killing here, just recoup my total costs.

Amp will be shipped in two boxes - cab w/ speakers in one box and the chassis in the other. The $100 shipping fee is on me and INCLUDED in the $1299.

I'll try to get some pics online at a photo sharing site, but until then email for pics.

Payment by USPS Money Order or Paypal (you pay the fees).

I might be open to a trade for another high-end amp - try me!
