The good bits.....stunning flame top, nice chunky neck, great condition. Versatile switching, and sounds great. I bought it from its original owner. Original hard case. The bad bits....non original pickups (dimarzio super d and dimarzio air classic) , 2 new dmz pots and previous owner added toggles, wired for series/parellel. Just fishing at the moment, mostly interested in finding out what you guys think this guitar is worth.

belgian Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 In the UK, I guess 500 £, that's what I paid for my '80 special.The missing of the original pickups and the mods, makes it less diserable on this board, I think.

The original owner deserves a slap for that I reckon....and the duncan 59's he had in it were shite too.Yeah I have em wired up. The super dist does a pretty convincing single coil sound.
