tc2 Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 I have 2 bass cabs 410 and a 212, both are 8 ohms each (4 ohms tgt) for sell they also work well for guitar (tweeters turned off). theyre in good condition. Ive only had these for about a year. I ordered the custom ORANGE covering which cost $49 extra. I use an ac-30 and no longer need them. I paid 982.00 for both cabs. I will sell both of both of these for 650.00, I might consider separating. ($375 for the 410, $325 for the 212) I would prefer a pickup (Chattanooga, Tn) but will consider shipping if its in the lower 48. heres some info on both cabs. 410 cab: The new front ported B410 Neodymium features four custom AMERICAN made Eminence Deltalite ten inch bass speakers and a Foster Horn Tweeter. These custom designed Eminence Neodymium tens are made just for Avatar and have a Neodymium magnet for weight reduction, extended cone travel (Xmax) for improved low end and a lightweight die cast aluminum basket for extra rigidity. These Neo tens also have a lower frequency response than our previous B410 cab. Each Deltalite ten is rated at 250 watts RMS so the cab is rated at 1000 watts RMS total. The cab is made from superior 18mm 13 PLY voidless Baltic Birch PLYWOOD with rabbet and dado interlocking sidejoints for extreme strength. The Foster high frequency compression horn tweeter is THE most popular tweeter used by some of the best companies in the business. The cab uses the new full 12 db mylar crossover network for both the tweeter and bass speaker sections for a more accurate response and for better power handling. The tweeter volume control allows you to turn the tweeter up for larger rooms or to turn the tweeter down for smaller rooms. The cabinet is covered in black carpet, has protective corners, large recessed steel bar handles, full face steel diamond pattern expanded metal grill, front slot port, steel input panel with one Speakon connector and dual 1/4 inch in/out jacks. All three jacks on the back panel are wired together in parallel so you can go in or out of any of them for maximum flexibility when connecting this cab to amps or to other speaker cabs. Available in ONE of the following: 4 ohm or 8 ohm This B410 Neo cab has tons of TONE! Weight 65 lbs, For speaker specs, please see eminence.com (the custom deltalites we use have an Xmax of 5.2mm instead of the stock 3.9mm ...and a better looking standard dust cap) Dimensions 27H x 24.5W x 16.5D. 412 cab: The new lighter Eminence NEODYMIUM MAGNET 12s. (New Dynamic Metal) Neo magnets are much stronger than standard ferrite magnets so less is needed to achieve the same magnetic flux...therefore lighter. The Neo cab is rated at 500 watts. The B212 NEO has great low end and punch. The U.S made die cast aluminum framed Neo 12s also have a little more mids and fantastic upper mid clarity. Neo cab weight is only 56 lbs ! Eminence now makes custom LF versions of their Neo deltalite2 12 inch Neo just for Avatar so our new B212 goes even lower in frequency response than the previous Neo 12's. The new custom Neo 12 LF's have a longer cone travel (Xmax) than the stock Eminence model. (just like we did with the deltalite tens for our highly rated B210/B410 models) Super Low End! The Cabinet features rugged 18mm voidless 13 PLY BALTIC BIRCH PLYWOOD construction with strong rabbet corner joints. The front and back boards are dadoed into surrounding top and side boards for extreme interlocking strength plus it has front to rear bracing. The Foster high frequency compression horn tweeter is the most popular tweeter used by some of the best companies in the bass cab business. The cab uses the new full 12 db mylar crossover network for both the tweeter and bass speaker sections for a more accurate response and for better power handling. There is a tweeter volume control on the back panel. The cabinet is covered in black carpet, has protective corners, large recessed steel bar handles, full face steel diamond pattern expanded metal grill, front slot port, steel input panel with one Speakon connector and dual 1/4 inch in/out jacks.
