FS: 2004 Hamer Artist Custom in HONEY finish.

Okay, I genuinely hate having to doing this but I'm finally (after about a year of procrastinating and rationalizing) putting my beloved 2004 Hamer Artist Custom up for sale. It's in excellent shape with only one small ding on the back and a professionally repaired small finish chip on the edge of the headstock (which you'd probably never notice; a pic showing this is at the link below). Fret wear is modest and it plays and sounds fine with relatively low action). Weighs 7.35 lbs. Totally stock (though some pics have a different switch tip shown). Neck specs are:

1.700" wide at nut 2.110" wide at 12th fret

0.900" thick at 1st fret 0.920" thick at 12th fret

Comes with original Hamer HSC, Certificate of Authenticity, various tags, and truss rod wrench.

The ONLY reason I'm selling it is that it's simply too fat a neck for me to comfortably play in longer stretches and I've since bought something that doesn't hurt *my* hands. It sounds MARVELOUS (really) and it's utterly beautiful in person--the pics don't do it justice.

I'd much rather see this one go to a good home of an HFC'er than a cold, anonymous eBayer (lol).

Only "a year of procrastinating and rationalizing" for you?! You are an inspiration. Man I have way less beautiful pieces that I have been procrastinating and rationalizing over for 5, 7, some maybe 10yr.
