Sound difference between a 10" and a 12" speaker?

Hi I'm debating between a Victoria Amplifier Company Tweed Deluxe replica amp or a Bandmaster replica amp. The Bandmaster comes with 10" speakers, the Deluxe comes with 12" speakers.

What are the sonic differences between a 10" speaker and a 12"?
