I'd be concerned about the aftermarket Floyd with a headstock crack/repair, and without the logo/serial and "custom paint", I wouldn't go three bills, but Phantoms are great guitars. The best guitar I've ever owned is my 85 Phantom-$349 shipped and setup perfectly from Dave's.
