PRS phase II locking tuner loose button

I bought a used PRS DGT in the summer, since then the G string tuner button has become loose on the spindle, I dismantled it packed it out with a little plastic tape which held for a month, but know the problem has returned and worse, there just isn't enough of a "shoulder" in the button to lock onto the flats on the metal spindle.

Does anyone know a replacement button that will fit, Stewmac has Schaller replacements, but I can't find anything for the PRS tuners, except for a complete replacement set !!

Call PRS. This was a known issue with earlier DGT's. I believe they use inserts in the buttons now so they won't loosen. They should at least send you one button if not an entire set.

Thanks, mailed PRS, who are sending a replacement button; is this going to happen progressively to the other buttons ? or is it just the odd one ?

I don't believe I've ever heard of all of them going bad but I do think there have been reports of more than one going bad on Birds and Moons; that would be the place to go for more detailed info.
