Where do i find laquer pigments?

Okay, I'm prepping to do some touch up on a handful of Gibby/Hamer headstocks. Alpine White, Classic White, and a bunch of trans finishes. Anyone families what Gibson/Hamer are/were using? Like to match things up as close as possible. I figure they use some basic fundamental color dyes, and like to use the same in nitro. Also what nitro laquer brand might they use? I've heard there's McFarland(?) or something, that many manufacturers are using. Presume using same materials should yield best results. I've a few airbrushes. Thanks!

For the trans. colors I know Hamer used candy color concentrates from SEM in the 80s into the early 90s. The TransTints (same shit as Stew Mac's Color Tone dye concentrates) works fine as well. For opaque colors automotive base coat paints (PPG, DuPont, Nason, House Of Kolor, etc. all work just fine under lacquer.

McFadden was the company that made the nitrocellulose lacquer Hamer used until 1991ish when they switched to CAB urethane for clear topcoats aka "urelac". They went out of business a few years ago but their formulas were purchased by a company called Seagrave. It think StewMac and LMI sell it. I bought some other McFadden materials from them directly but found their customer service extremely lacking and went to other vendors.
