hamerhead Posted April 23, 2016 Posted April 23, 2016 The first time I listed it I hadn't really gone over it with a fine-tooth comb and now that I have, I need to relist with more pictures and details. This was part of a package and wasn't my main focus, so it got overlooked, mostly. But it sounds incredible. The pictures pretty much tell the tale. It's been played - a lot! - but not abused. The ding on the front and the one on the back of the neck are the worst of it, otherwise it's a few minor scuffs here or there. What you don't see are the cracks between the bridge pin holes. I have no idea how common this might be, and I'm certain your luthier could shoot some glue in there and you're good to go. The bridge itself is solid as a rock and the pins hold fine as is. But it needs to be mentioned. What pictures also don't show is how amazing this thing sounds. There truly is a good reason for those divots in the fretboard. I should keep it, but with 2 Taylors and an Ovation, well.....it's kind of the odd man out. Not quite as 'hifi' sounding as a Taylor, but it's full and loud, one of the best I've heard. I suspect it would be phenomenal for recording. I had it listed at $400 before I noticed the bridge, so I'm dropping it to $325 ($300 + $25 to ship/Paypal 'gift'). Stupid cheap for the sound of it. ETA - comes with OHSC. Handle is broke, but otherwise in decent, solid shape.
