What is that website it's on because it loks dodgy!!! But: Oh my days: I want this guitar! I bet if I sold my prized Jaguar S-Type (automobile), my wife would let me have this. I cannot sell my car!!!

Pics look pretty clean but the last guitar I bought from there arrived with a crack in the neck that the seller obviously knew about.  Still trying to get some sort of compensation 6+ months later.

I just calculated import duty and tax plus shipping to England and that adds an extra 575 Euro's making the total 2275 Euro's (or £2034 GBP). That's too much for a £1500 GBP guitar. Shipping/tax adds £520 GBP 😥 I'm out...

Why is it not on regular eBay or Reverb I wonder? Fees maybe? I'd suck the fee's up as it's just worth the extra protection. If I have to spend a couple of hundred extra for peace of mind and if I really want the guitar, I suck it up. That is one NICE Cali and one I would like to own. Looks like I will wait to see what I can buy in Canada when we move there next year...

This is more local. It avoids fees and sells faster because the most people know exactly what they are looking for. If the seller do not offer Paypal (not friends) then you risk a lack of protection and it is better to let it go. May be there are exceptions, but if you transfer 2k to anybody you do not know you might lose your money. I missed several good (too good?) deals because the seller was unable to offer Paypal or denied it.
