Fat Jimmy FAT JAC 15 1x12 Combo amp with a Jensen Blackbird 40 Alnico speaker. Excellent condition - No issues. Weighs less than 32 lbs. Comes with a black vinyl cover from a Princeton. Msg for more photos. $2200 plus actual shipping (contiguous states) and PP fees. Local pickup in Madison, WI.

If you're not a fan of the Jensen BB 40, I have a near-new Fat Jimmy C1270UK speaker that could be swapped for the Jensen. The FJ adds a few pounds to the weight.
