Hello All,

Mr. Dave Wescott of Frets on the Net now has covers for 80s and 90s truss and control cavities. I sent him blanks a couple of months ago, and the reproductions are very, very good. He can make them in any material the customer wants.

Check them out here:

Cheers. ;)

Hey scepter-V-lemmy,

Thanks for posting this. I was going to try to buy a Diablo, but it didn't have the brushed aluminum tremolo cover plate. I wish I knew about this guy awhile back.

I'll definitely be placing an order for some 90s TRCs!

Thanks for the post.

Hey everybody,

I know this is an old thread but I would like to ask anyone in the HFC for information and possibly parts. I've recently purchased a '93 Hamer USA Diablo w/ reverse headstock & red (plum color) finish a couple of days ago for $325.00 w/ OHSC. The guitar has a pair of Seymour Duncan pickups and a chunky neck for a shredder type guitar. I'm used to my Diablo II guitar neck. It's missing its black aluminum tremolo spring cavity cover and black tremolo arm. I was tweaking the action of the Schaller tremolo bridge and accidentally broke off the bridge stud on the bass side (Doh!!). I had no idea that the bridge stud on the bass side was stuck in its thread and twisted off the allen head of the stud. The other stud turns freely by hand. I'll have to have my guitar tech friend drill out the broken stud so I can replace it with a new one. I need the following parts to restore my '93 Hamer Diablo:

black aluminum tremolo spring cavity cover

Schaller black tremolo arm

Schaller black bridge studs

If anyone has these parts, I'd be happy to pay you a USPS money order via USPS Priority Mail. I don't have PayPal.

Information needed: I contaced Dave at Frets On The Net website. He needs dimensions of the black aluminum tremolo spring cavity cover. If anyone has this information, please post it on here for me. It would help me out immensely in restoring my guitar.
