No affiliation.  I happened to stumble upon this listing while exploring Reverb tonight, the 'provenance' appears to be handwritten on a plain piece of paper, not on Riviera company stationery (or any stationery for that matter); and I don't see any other accompanying documentation in the listing.  Caution and due diligence may be advised:
