Bennyboy-UK Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 I do love Vintage Ss - I think my next one will need to be an HSS with the ABM trem - the SSS one a member was kind enough to sell me currently has a set of old Hot Rails installed (by me) - and actually if I could get the preamp working I’d be happy with it having the original SSL-1s back in there I feel like I’ve got pretty competent at international shipping out of necessity really, the stuff I love just isn’t available in the UK!
from my fingers Posted January 7, 2025 Posted January 7, 2025 The SSS has the pre in working condition, the hss didn't come with one. Funny, the sss has rails. i want to go back to the SSL 1. I was told to ask for calibrated one's by MJ at the namm show last year. I couldn't believe i got to meet her.
