1965 Bassman AA864, A Tale of 2 65's

This is my 65 Bassman AA864 circuit,, label reads AA165.

Just went thru it, so all new caps and any resistors that where out of spec replaced. I flew the leads with shielded wire and it made the amp way quieter almost no self noise at higher volumes. That can be changed back very easy.

The speaker Cabinet is the original that came with it but now has Vintage 30 speakers in it.

This amp flat out rocks and I gigged it for years. But it just sits now. I've been using my 65 Bandmaster instead. Just love that swampy tremolo.

$2000.00 prefer picked up in Jacksonville Fl.

The car was my Dad's 65' I gave it to my son and we just installed a new brake Booster and Dual Chamber master cylinder. It's old, it breaks, so now I work on with my son like I did with my Dad! The car is not for sale!

Don't forget I have a 1964 Bandmaster in excellent original condition still listed here!
