What are the current HFC opinions on the Electro Harmonix speakers?

I've got an 'old' one, an 8 ohm v30 'clone' I bought from bcr greg ages ago, as it was recommended for my tech 21 t60 at the time, it sounds really good to me now in a 1x12 cab, but not so much to my ears in my current T60, it did in the old one, I kept this speaker when I sold that amp.  

I'm seeing one of the EH 16ohm 12" speakers for $35 at GC, I'm tempted to get one at that price just to try in one of my favorite little tube amps (which requires 16ohm spkr). Their other offerings (supposedly all made by Eminence) are really low price too.

Hmm, I didn't know until this moment that they actually had speakers made for them by the Eminence overseas factory, which they use to provide OEM speakers for makers East Asia. They seem to be fairly well liked, and definitely very economically priced. The 30 watt speakers seem to be more "American" voiced, while the 75 watt speaker is more 'british' voiced.
