USA jackson JJP [think les paul]

my eldest son has decided to off his usa jackson JJP.

think stripped frills ,approx. 7/8ths size , hot rodded les paul on this one.

bolt on 24.75 /22fret mahogany neck /unbound single cut archtop body, rosewood fingerboard with dots,

1 dimarzio dp-100 double cream pickup, single vol.

tunamatic w/stop tail.

solid black opaque with 3x3 headstock.

these guitars were custom shop pieces, and were only made for about 6 months back in '97.

production numbers are around 50 total pieces from what I gather.

the necks back shape very much reminds me of the hamer vintage carve.

this example is extremely clean, & I'd be all over this one myself,

but am holding out for a trans purple one.

they came 3 colors, black, tobacco burst and wineberry [trans purp]

tobacco being the most commonly seen.

email me for pics/price...

thanks !

should also mention he may consider the right '80-82 special in trade.

I had one of these for a while. They really are great little guitars. Here's a pic of my old one to help give you guys an idea if you've never seen one.

The tobacco burst ones were available in either matte or clear coated. Mine is the matte version if you can't tell.
