hardheartedbill Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 is this a vibe replica? if so please describe
santellavision Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 +1 for the Sweet Sound.I have a Sweet Sound Mojo Vibe on my board and honestly, it's one of the pedals that's lasted the longest on the board. I really love it. The MoFaux is a smaller version of the big brother. Very similar tone. Goes from a soft tremolo to a univibe. Here's a link to their website.Sweetsound Website
hardheartedbill Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 I've had buffer issues in the past w/ vibes, does the mofaux kill all the treble in your signal? ( like almost all the others I've tried )
burningyen Posted October 15, 2006 Author Posted October 15, 2006 Hey Bill, it's a true-bypass pedal, but I haven't noticed any treble loss. It is a vibe effect, but not a replica. Here's some info from the creator: http://www.sweetsound.com/mofauxvibe.htm . I've never owned a vibe, so I don't have any basis for comparison. For my Pink Floyd gig, I decided that my phaser gets close enough to a vibe for the Dark Side stuff but the Mofaux can't do the Wish You Were Here phaser stuff, and I can't fit both on the pedalboard.
