"It looks like there's no strap button on the bridge end. True?"

true, but as on a guitar, one could be put on very easily though.

Well, more to the point- What happened to the strap button that came on it?

Did you remove it and you still have it?

Looking for a little more information, maybe some background.

Thanks

It didn't have one when I got it,,,it has been sitting down in the "music" room in it's case for a few months and I had forgotten that fact.

I'll pick one up at the local "Mom & Pops" music store and put it on it before it ships to whoever buys it.

Yep, I got it, thanks.

Does it intonate correctly all over? Poor intonation is the most common problem with these guys.

Money orders are basically a pain for me- small post office, waiting in line forever, etc.

I'd be into it if you accepted paypal.

"Does it intonate correctly all over?" I haven't noticed it not sounding right so, It sounds correct to my ears,,, but I haven't had it checked on a scope either.

Sorry but I don't do Papal, I've had problems with them in the past,,,,,,,,,,The Post Office is too hard to do for you?, Wow, must be bad where you live,,,,, Although I don't "LOVE" to go to our local PO I wouldn't let not wanting to take a trip there knock me out of getting something I wanted IF I wanted what ever it was.

Ok guys,, someone step up and buy this Mandolin!

"The Post Office is too hard to do for you?..."

It is now. Brilliant salesmanship, Mr. "I need cash fast".

ha ha ha... when I offered $100 he said he wanted $110. Not a big leap anyway. Good luck dood!

It's a shame that people can't treat one another with respect here,,,,,,, I was asking $120 shipped and you offered $100 and I simply countered with $110, saying "how bout us splitting the difference?" ,, happens everyday in every part of the world, and I would think most would say it wasn't unreasonable of me.

Geoff you said of me, "Brilliant salesmanship" ? ? ? ? :D

I say ,,,, it was a "Brilliant purchasing decision" on your part , or was it? Really?

You let $10 keep you from getting something you wanted ,,,,, at least one would think you wanted it since you went to the trouble of making an offer in the first place.

It was your decision to not buy it at $110 shipped and I respect that, at the same time I had the right to NOT sell it to you for $100 shipped, and you should have respected that fact.

No matter, another guy has bought it and for $110 shipped, now isn't that something? :D

Dear Crabby,

Let me start by saying, no offense was ever intended, and I sincerely hope that doody enjoys a new instrument.

You posted saying you needed cash fast. I offered a quick bit of money, if I could point and click it to you. You wanted ten bucks more, but had to have a money order. Wasn't in my schedule to go out of my way to get a money order. Totally reasonable to split the difference. But the rhetorical, "too hard for you" line was not the classiest thing to do.

But no disrespect toward anyone from my end. If there's anything you feel you need to say to me directly, you're more than welcome to email me.
